I am a tax partner based in Irvine serving privately held companies to fortune 500 companies throughout the United States over several industries. I have over 20 years of international tax experience helping companies with tax strategy, compliance and controversy. My experiences includes assisting multi-national companies align and transform their global tax footprint to their business operating model, cross-border intangible property planning, global cash deployment, and direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting. Further, I have a significant amount of experience helping private shareholders (individuals and PE owners) develop their tax strategy with respect to their international holdings. I serve a broad range of industries and have served clients from coast to coast. In addition to serving clients, I hold several leadership positions. As the Tax practice leader for the Irvine and San Diego offices, I'm responsible for driving growth, managing resources, developing people and providing exceptional client service across the the two offices. I am also responsible for campus hiring including our DE&I recruiting programs for our Irvine tax practice. Passionate about DE&I and leadership development, I am the EY Americas Pan Asian Professional Network Leader, and a member of the EY Americas Professional Network Council and EY Americas Anti-Racism Advisory Council member. These internal organizations set strategy and advise on policy for our firm at the national level regarding DE&I.
