Markus De Jesus is originally from Mission Viejo, California and obtained his degree from California State University, Chico. Since joining the firm in 2015, Markus has focused on a proactive approach in helping individuals and small business through comprehensive holistic planning. He started his practice helping public education employees within the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) educating staff on their pension and retirement benefits. Since then his practice has evolved to focus on Private Wealth Management, Employee Benefits, Tax Strategies, and Retirement Planning specifically with Small Business and High Tech Employees. In 2017, he was the top of the class within Retirement Benefits Group in the state of California. In 2018, moved into the leadership development program. In 2020, he was promoted into the Regional Vice President managing one of the top producing districts in. In 2022, he was recognized as the #2 Vice President in Equitable & Awarded the Top Vice President in Northern California. In his spare time, he is an avid lifter and traveler. His goal is to travel to all 7 continents – currently has two left (Antarctica & Africa). He values spending time with his new fiancée and family, while finding ways to connect with his community through mentorship programs.
