Jennifer Cabalquinto is a strategic, business-centric CFO and board member who provides key financial insights from 25+ years of experience establishing the foundation that enables enterprises to thrive. She has built, led, and optimized corporate finance functions within startup, turnaround, and rapid-growth companies, including Golden State Warriors Sports LLC, NBC Universal, Telemundo, and Legal Solutions Holdings LLC. Currently, she is CFO at 2K, a global developer and publisher of interactive entertainment for video game consoles, PC, and mobile devices. As CFO, responsible for the setting, directing and execution of financial policies and business strategies. Additionally, serves as a key interface between the leadership team at 2K and the parent company, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO). As CFO of Golden State Warriors Sports LLC, Jennifer was entrusted to build and lead day-to-day and long-term financial planning, accounting, and treasury operations for this multi-billion-dollar company that includes the Golden State Warriors basketball team and other subsidiaries including GSW Real Estate, GSW Ventures and Chase Center entities. She established the finance and operational infrastructure to support GSW’s 12X+ enterprise value growth, in collaboration with ownership and executive team in developing and directing business strategy to monetize team success. Jennifer orchestrated the financing for the construction of a $2B+ mixed-use development project including Chase Center, the first 100% privately financed arena in San Francisco. She also delivered over 20% compounded annual revenue growth over 6 years through strategic pricing decisions. Jennifer was retained as a Special Advisor by the holding company with interest in GSW (NBA franchise), Chase Center Arena, real estate development projects, eSports teams and other ventures. She supported the organization through a transitional period, advising ownership on financing transactions and special initiatives.
