Karen is a former US Partner in Ernst & Young’s New York Financial Services Office. She has more than 25 years of professional services experience, including 21 years at EY (1999-2020) providing risk and controls, internal audit, governance, compliance and regulatory advisory services to global financial institutions, including banking, capital markets, asset management and private equity clients. From 2005-2010, Karen worked at EY Japan providing risk management and internal control advisory services to the Japanese operations of global financial institutions. Prior to EY New York, Karen worked at EY Philippines (formerly named SGV) from 1993 to 1997 providing financial audit services to clients in various industries.
