Dr. Edith Winterhalter is the Associate Vice President for Budget and Strategic Business Operations at California State University, Northridge, where she functions as the chief budget officer for the University and the lead administrator for strategic business initiatives involving Campus general fund operations, as well as Campus auxiliary and enterprise organizations. In addition, she oversees enterprise risk management and insurance services for the campus, provides leadership and oversight of budget development and management for the division of Administration and Finance, and facilitates efficient campus wide business service delivery in partnership with fellow associate vice presidents and directors within the Administration and Finance division.
